No Refund Policy
WizBiz generally does not provide refunds once work has commenced. Specifically, no refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:
After the preparation of any tax return, GST filing, or compliance document has begun
After documents submitted by the user have been reviewed, analysed, or processed by our team
After consultations have been provided by our experts, whether in-person, over phone, or via video conferencing
After applications have been submitted to banks, financial institutions, government portals, or any third party
After any fee, charge, or payment has been made to a third party on your behalf
If the service cannot be completed due to inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the user
If the user fails to provide required documents within the specified timeframe, resulting in missed deadlines or abandoned applications
Once our team has allocated resources, initiated processing, or commenced work on your engagement, the service fee becomes fully earned and non-refundable.
Government Fees
Government fees, taxes, stamp duties, filing charges, registration fees, and any other third-party charges paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. These include but are not limited to:
Income tax filing fees paid to government portals
GST registration and filing fees
Stamp duty and registration charges for property transactions
ROC and MCA filing fees
Bank and NBFC processing fees
Insurance premium payments
Any other statutory levies or charges
These charges are remitted directly to the respective authorities or third parties and cannot be recovered once paid.
Loan Applications
Approval of loans depends entirely on banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. The decision to approve or reject a loan application is at the sole discretion of the lending institution based on their internal credit policies, eligibility criteria, and assessment procedures.
Service fees paid to WizBiz for loan application facilitation are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the loan application. This applies to all types of loans including home loans, personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, and any other credit facilities.
We recommend that you review the eligibility criteria and terms of the respective lending institution before engaging our services for loan facilitation.
GST and Tax Filings
Fees for GST registration, GST return filing, income tax return preparation and filing, and other compliance services become non-refundable as soon as the preparation of the filing has commenced. This includes:
Review and analysis of financial documents
Preparation of tax computations
Drafting of returns and statements
Any communication with tax authorities initiated on your behalf
Once our team has begun working on your compliance engagement, the service fee is considered earned and non-refundable, even if the filing is not ultimately submitted due to your action or inaction.
Investment and Insurance Services
For investment services (mutual funds, SIPs, equity investments) and insurance services, any cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution, asset management company, or insurance provider.
Service fees paid to WizBiz for advisory and facilitation of investments and insurance policies are non-refundable after the initial consultation and recommendation have been provided.
Any refunds from mutual funds, insurance policies, or other investment products will be governed by the exit load, surrender charges, and cancellation terms of the respective product and provider.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate or excess payment made by the user due to technical error or oversight, the amount may be refunded after verification. To request a refund for duplicate payment:

Allow 7-15 business days for verification and processing
Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
