Fees and Charges

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to revise our fee structure at any time, but such changes will not affect existing engagements.

WizBiz shall not be liable for delays caused by government agencies, banks, financial institutions, or other third parties.

Our services may involve interaction with third-party service providers, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, government portals, and other financial institutions. While we carefully select our partners, we do not guarantee the services provided by them. Any issues, disputes, or claims regarding third-party services shall be resolved directly between you and the respective third party.

Tax Filing and Government Delays

Tax filings and government-related submissions are subject to the processing timelines and system availability of government portals, including but not limited to the Income Tax Department portal, GST portal, and MCA portal. WizBiz shall not be held responsible for delays caused by government system failures, portal downtime, technical glitches, or changes in regulatory requirements.

Loan Approval Disclaimer

WizBiz facilitates loan applications by helping you prepare documentation and submitting applications to partner banks and NBFCs. We do not guarantee loan approval. The decision to approve or reject a loan application rests solely with the respective financial institution based on their internal credit policies and assessment.

Investment Risk Disclaimer

Investment services, including mutual funds, stocks, and other market-linked instruments, are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. WizBiz provides investment facilitation and advisory services but does not guarantee any returns on investments. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

Insurance Disclaimer

Insurance policies are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the respective insurance companies.
